As you know, all countries have different building codes and regulations. At this time, we only offer this full-service for Perú. If you love our style and want us to collaborate with your local architect we absolutely can!
What is the difference between Interior Design and E-Design?
Interior Design is a full-service where we go to your Home, meet you, talk about what you need, measure your space, view the samples on-site, make the purchases (if you want) and direct the implementation of the space. The time and fee depend of the project complexity.
The E-design is an affordable virtual Interior Design service with a flat rate fee (depending on your space size) where we meet online (Skype, FaceTime, Email) or on the phone, and talk about your project, build an inspirational board, work the project, select online furniture and accessories that you can purchase, receive a Dezign Box at your home with all the plans and samples, and finally we give you online support when you implement your space.
Where is this Service Offered?
We are located in NYC, so we can meet you easily in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or Staten Island (toll-fees apply). We can also go to near-by locations in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Please, Contact Us to give you an estimated for your on-site consultation.
When will my Dezign Box arrive?
Your Inbox Interior shipment should arrive within 2-4 weeks, and we’ll be in touch with you all along the way so you know exactly when it is posted.
What is included in my Dezign Box shipment?
You will receive a Look Book, with instructions, concept photos, a floor plan, furniture placement layout, sketches and elevations of details in the room, and a shopping list. The shopping list will be for furnishings that are easily available online or at a store that is located near you. You’ll also receive samples of paints, fabrics, and wallcoverings, all tucked into a box that keeps your materials organized and in one place.
What do you need from me?
We will ask you for photographs of the room/space that you want designed, as well as measurements of the space. And don’t worry, we provide a step-by-step guide for how to take the photos and the measurements. We’ll also ask you to fill out a questionnaire that lets us get to know you better, including your likes and dislikes, and we will ask you for inspiration photos of rooms that you love.
How can you be sure my furniture will fit?
If you follow the measurements and photo instructions carefully, we will be able to create an accurate furniture placement layout for you.
Do you take into consideration any special needs or requests I might have?
Yes, just give us the details in your initial questionnaire and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I purchase a Dezign Box as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! Just purchase one of our gift card options and we will send it to your recipient.
If I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
You can get a refund within 2 days after your purchase. After that, the purchase is non-refundable.
I want to change a few things in my Dezign Box. Can I do that?
You can request up to three specification revisions to the design.
Can I keep some of my current furnishings in the design?
Yes, just send us a photo of the item, as well as detailed measurements for it.
How long does a render take?
Well, it depends of the size and complexity of your design. We will give you an estimated time of delivery before starting. Usually, it takes between a few days and a week to develop a render.
What happens if I want to make some changes?
We offer 2 revisions where we can work small changes (color, materiales, furniture arrangement, etc). Charges may apply for significant changes that weren't discussed before starting the rendering project.
If I need more views of the same space?
We can work additional or detailed views of the same space for a low-cost fee.
What would I get?
You will receive an email with high-quality images of your project that you can save and print!
